This role focuses on enhancing safety and ensuring the security of all guests and property through attentive service and vigilance. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate hospitality with top-tier security practices, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance equipment, administering access control, and providing excellent guest service. Monitor CCTV and security alarms regularly to detect unusual activities. Control access to the facility, ensuring secure entry and exit points. Conduct periodic security patrols of the premises. Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies. Maintain detailed logs of security checks and visitor records. Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed. Strong surveillance and observation skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations Proficiency in using security technology and systems Customer service orientation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state security officer license CPR and First Aid certification preferred
