Physical Therapist Location: Valley City, ND Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,824 to $2,018 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist) City/State: Valley City, North Dakota Shift: Days - M-F 8a-5p Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: Conduct physical therapy sessions for home health patients within a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy treatment to patients recovering from surgeries and falls. Manage a patient load of 5-7 patients per day. Requirements: BLS certification ND Physical Therapy License Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance 1 year of physical therapy experience required Previous experience in home health Familiarity with EMR: HomeCare/HomeBase Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
