Senior Agronomy Sales Representative OpportunityCHS Inc., a
leading global agribusiness, is seeking a motivated and experienced
Senior Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in
Starkweather, ND. As a key member of our agriculture organization,
you will work closely with farmers, ranchers, and producers to
promote the effective use of crop protection products, plant food,
seed, and other services offered by our cooperative.Key
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with suppliers to drive supply
economics and strategies in the region.
- Forecast supply requirements and manage profit and loss for
assigned territories.
- Increase sales and margins through prospecting new customers
and executing sales programs.
- Foster long-term relationships with suppliers and customers to
create repeat business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal
teams, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure
successful transactions.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
to capture maximum value.
- Collaborate with other CHS divisions to leverage business
relationships and grow the CHS enterprise.
- Demonstrate effective cross-selling skills and achieve
progressive customer share of wallet for multiple product
lines.
- Apply the CHS sales cycle to achieve targeted results and
provide consulting services to build on core selling skills.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety
policies, procedures, and regulations.Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 4+ years of sales, business development, or related
experience.Preferred Qualifications
- Agronomy sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related
field.
- Outside sales experience, including presentations, negotiation
skills, customer service, conflict resolution, and working
independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.CHS offers a
