Job Description:

Skilled Journeyman HVAC Technician sought for heavy commercial and industrial projects in the Bemidji, MN area.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems
  
• Perform HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC / mechanical / chiller troubleshooting experience
    
  • Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge
    
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • 30-Hour OSHA Certification
      
    • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
      
      Compensation: approx. $38-$44/hour, hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
