Job SummaryJohnson Controls is seeking a skilled Steam Plant Operator II to join their team. As an Operator at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods, and sequence of operation.Key Responsibilities

  • Select, position, and secure tooling and fixtures onto machine
  • Adjust controls to set and regulate machining factors
  • Start machine and observe machine operation to reposition workpiece, change dies, or adjust machine settingsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
