What You'll Take Ownership Of:
The individual in this role will be responsible for providing
valuable insights through data analysis and utilizing web analytics
to drive strategic business decisions. They will work closely with
internal and external stakeholders to understand and define
business objectives and will use their expertise to optimize the
customer journey and improve website performance.
Develop and implement ongoing digital analytics and measurement
strategies, including the design and maintenance of clear,
user-friendly web analytics reports and dashboards
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic,
conversion rates, and engagement to identify trends and areas for
improvement
Conduct in-depth data analysis to distill findings, uncover
insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business
decisions
Auditing website content to ensure proper tracking and data
collection, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Work with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to launch new features,
conduct A/B testing, and optimize website performance
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders,
providing regular updates and presenting findings and
recommendations to leadership
Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in web
analytics and digital measurement to stay current and improve
strategies
Provide training and support to internal teams on web analytics
tools and best practices
Need-To-Haves:
A Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent
experience
At least 2+ years of related prior professional SEO and Digital
Marketing experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Processing software
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and
presentation skills with the ability to write reports and business
correspondence

Ability to work autonomously and part of a team environment, and to
keep a high degree of confidentiality of all department and company
information
Love-To-Haves:
Prior experience in eCommerce analytics
1+ years of prior eCommerce Data Analyst experience
