Compensation: $475,000
Sign On Bonus: $60,000 Forgiven after 3 years

Need: Currently have 5 Hem/Onc's and looking to grow to 6 Staff of 6

Current staff:

• 
  
• 3 Hematology Oncology Physicians
  
• 1 Radiation Oncologists
  
• 4 Nurse Practitioners
  
• EPIC is EMR
  
  
  Practice details:
  
  • 
    
  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
    
  • 14-16 patients per day
    
    • 
      
    • 90% are OP
      
    • 10% are IP and managed by Hospitalists
      
      
    • Call: Currently 1:5, but will be 1:6
      
      
      
      
      Hematology and Oncology Position
      
      • 
        
      • Employed by the region's premier health system with more than 4,000 employees, multiple clinics, and a Level II trauma center
        
        
      • Call is covered by the physicians, primarily telephone call with inpatient covered by the Hospitalist team
