Job Description:

Kelly - is looking for Food Manufacturing Helper -to work at a premier local food manufacturing company in Grand Forks. This position offers an hourly rate of $18.29 for day shift and $19.29 for night shift, and the potential to move up to higher positions like Forklift and Machine Operators making $21+ per hour. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for ensuring that plant equipment and surrounding areas are kept clean, sanitary, and safe, packing and repacking products, stacking product and assisting operators, and working anywhere necessary to help the plant operate efficiently.

What's a typical day as a Food Manufacturing Helper? You'll be:
--- Ensuring that plant equipment and surrounding areas are kept clean, sanitary, and safe
--- Packing and repacking products, stacking product and assisting operators
--- Working anywhere necessary to help the plant operate efficiently


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
--- Have a high school diploma or GED
--- Have basic math and computer skills
--- Are able to perform activities such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, stair and ladder climbing on a daily basis
--- Are able to lift up to 40 lbs

We have day and night shifts available:
--- Two shifts to choose from: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
--- Employees will work a 2-week rotation, working Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday on Week 1, and Monday, Thursday and Friday on Week 2, and so on
--- Employees enjoy having a 3-day weekend every other week
--- Overtime as needed to meet team goals
