Overview of the Position Responsibilities: Our MDU Account
Executive implements sales strategies aimed at providing service to
residential multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties maximizing
product and service penetration and generating new revenue. The MDU
Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads,
following up on opportunities, negotiating, and offering quotes to
establish access agreements with Multi-Dwelling Units. If this
sounds exciting, please read on. (This position is remote and must
be located in within either of markets including SD, MN, ND, WY,
OK, CO. This position will require up to 30% travel within our
markets.)

What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain a sales funnel - contact potential
customers to discuss service needs; follow up on leads generated by
marketing activities; develop referrals and make contact to other
potential candidates in assigned territory.
- Describe and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of
Bluepeak product offerings, services, and billing procedures.
- Meet personal sales quota, company-established homes passed
objectives, and sales production standards with a focus on new
customers.
- Conduct presentations to property managers and developers and
attend meetings/social functions to maintain a high level of
visibility for the company.
- Communicate progress and results with sales leadership through
Salesforce by maintaining records and inputting data on sales
activities.
- Create and work promotional events, including evening and
weekend hours.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the
business strategy for the company.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, including daily sales meetings,
monthly employee meetings, and any other company functions or
scheduled sales meetings.
- All other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business
preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years professional in sales preferably in
telecommunications and/or Multifamily housing or property
management is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including the
ability to articulate ideas and suggestions clearly and
effectively.
- Responsible for networking with Apartment/Townhome industry
professionals.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client
relationships.
- Ability to speak in public and motivate others
- Ability to work on personal initiative and meet strict
deadlines and sales objectives.
- Must be able to consistently represent Bluepeak in a positive
and professional manner.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable
transportation.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team
environment.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s)
as necessary
- MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel,
OneNote.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Frequent periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk.
- Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
- Required to refrain from personal use of technology during
working hours.
- Required to lift up to 15lbs at a given time.Why Work at
