Job Description:

A retail company has an open position for a Remote Senior Recruiter Talent Acquisition.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Maintaining active candidate pipelines and communicate relevant materials
Utilizing social media to promote roles
Utilizing silver medalists as source for future communications
Qualifications for this position include:

3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
Deep experience with professional networking sites including niche
Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel
Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
