As a Production Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring efficient operations and the highest quality of finished products that Marvin is known for. Operate machinery and equipment according to specific guidelines ensuring safety and efficiency Assemble parts and components to form complete units with precision and within set timelines Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks Pack finished products for shipment and ensure they are protected and prepared properly Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and quality standards Report any malfunctions or abnormalities in the production process to the management immediately Assist in inventory tracking and ensuring that materials and supplies are readily available Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements Proficient in using tools and machinery relevant to the production process Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow complex instructions Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read measurements Effective communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Lean Manufacturing or a similar field would be an asset but is not mandatory.
