Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Assemble parts and components to create final window and door products, ensuring each item meets Marvin’s strict quality standards. Perform quality control checks and identify any discrepancies or issues in the manufactured items, reporting them as necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines, ensuring a seamless workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and understanding of production techniques.
