Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of windows and doors according to safety and quality standards. Assist in the setup and calibration of manufacturing equipment. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet design specifications and standards. Pack finished products for shipping and maintain inventory records. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and efficiency goals. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Report any issues with machinery or product quality to supervisors promptly. Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and tools. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and quality control processes. Proficiency in reading and understanding production schematics and blueprints. Good communication and teamwork capabilities. Attention to detail for accurate quality control and defect identification.
