Marvin, a leader in high-quality window and door solutions since 1912, is seeking a dedicated Evening Shift Production Associate to join our innovative manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continued production of our bespoke products during evening operational hours. As a Production Associate, you will work within our state-of-the-art facilities with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of windows and doors. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare and assemble materials and parts needed in the production process. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and ensure efficient work flow. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety and health regulations. Assist in the implementation of new production methods, equipment, or materials. Ability to operate or learn to operate various types of machinery and tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Basic math and measuring skills. Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under minimal supervision.
