Job Description:
Join the Marvin team as a Full-Time Production Associate and
contribute to the crafting of high-quality, custom-made windows and
doors. At Marvin, we blend a tradition of craftsmanship with

living spaces. As a Production Associate, you will be integral in
maintaining our standard of excellence in production, ensuring each
product meets our rigorous quality checks before reaching our
customers. Operate machinery and tools to fabricate parts for
windows and doors according to specifications Assemble components
of windows and doors with precision Conduct quality control
inspections to ensure products meet Marvin's standards Maintain a
clean and safe workspace in compliance with company and OSHA
standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet production
goals and deadlines Assist in inventory counts and material
handling as needed Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery
to production supervisors Ability to operate power tools and
machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail for
quality assurance purposes Basic mathematical and measurement
skills Capable of following written and verbal instructions
accurately Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

401k Forklift operation certification is a plus but not
mandatory.
