Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our
manufacturing operations, ensuring that our products meet the high

Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of
windows and doors. Monitor production lines and make necessary
adjustments to maintain efficiency. Inspect finished products for
quality and adherence to customer specifications. Pack and label
completed items for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work
environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet
production goals. Participate in training and development sessions
to enhance job performance and personal growth. Ability to operate
or learn to operate various manufacturing machinery. Strong
attention to detail. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to read and
interpret technical documents and drawings. Good communication and
