We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our first shift production team, focusing on producing high-quality, made-to-order windows and doors that help build beautiful, functional homes. Operate and manage various manufacturing equipment in the production of windows and doors. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Assist in the setup and preparation of manufacturing equipment for production runs. Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and rectify defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Document production data and report any inconsistencies or issues to the shift supervisor. Ability to operate or willingness to learn the operation of manufacturing machinery Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift operation certification is beneficial but not necessary, training will be provided.
