Job Description:
Join Marvin’s talented Maintenance team as a Maintenance Tech I,
where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation
and maintenance of our high-quality window and door manufacturing
equipment. At Marvin, we pride ourselves on innovation and quality,
providing products that enhance living spaces since 1912. As a
Maintenance Tech I, you will maintain, troubleshoot and repair
machinery and plant systems. This position requires a hands-on
approach and a keen eye for resolving mechanical issues efficiently
to minimize downtime and maintain our production standards. Conduct
regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on factory
equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other maintenance
and production staff to optimize machine performance. Keep detailed
records of all maintenance work. Follow safety guidelines and
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in
continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency
and safety. Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills
Proficiency with tools and repair equipment Ability to read and
understand technical manuals and schematics Basic computer skills
for updating maintenance records and reporting Good communication
skills for teamwork and documentation Medical Insurance Dental
