This position requires top-notch customer service and is best suited for individuals who thrive in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment. As a Part-time Resident Ambassador you would:

Elevate customer service to customer SUCCESS by taking personal responsibility for every resident concernManage community reputation by following through on resident issues, timely and professionallyAchieve monthly rental and team goalsAssist in achieving top notch curb appeal by walking properties and following up on improvement areasComplete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner and keep an organized document systemAssist in other duties assigned by the Community ManagerSkills & Qualifications:
Sales or customer service experience a plus!High School Degree preferredValid Driver's License to drive between properties, as needed
