Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Oakes, North Dakota. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Travel RN-LTC/SNF Unit Notes: 1. Shift Detail (if variable, please list what primary shifts will be covered), list specific times: Mostly Days but can vary 2. Are shifts 8s or 12s? 12hrs 3. Weekend Coverage/Rotation (i.e. every other, every 3rd): every other weekend 4. Holiday Coverage/Rotation: every other holiday 5. Length of Assignment: 14 weeks 6. Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 7. Is Overtime available for this location? yes 8. Targeted State Date: ASAP 9. Charting System: Point Click Care (PCC) 80-mile LOCAL Placements LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE: -$8.00 LOCAL ADJUSTED OT BILL RATE: -$8.00 No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities No on call or call back available A $500 fee will be billed if your clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice If GSS housing is used, local rates apply Guarantee (Clinical): 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts.
