Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a motivated LPN Clinical Care
Leader to join our team, dedicated to improving health outcomes in
underserved communities. This position offers the opportunity to
lead a team of nursing professionals, ensuring compassionate,
effective, and efficient patient care. The role requires a blend of
clinical expertise and leadership skills to manage patient care
while upholding our values of respect, compassion, and integrity.
Oversee daily nursing activities and coordinate patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Mentor
and train new nursing staff and provide continuing education for
all team members. Contribute to patient assessment, care planning,
and management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Manage patient
records and documentation effectively. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in clinical techniques and patient care Critical
thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice CPR
certified Preferably certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS)
