Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team, enriching
our mission to provide holistic healthcare services to underserved
communities. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient
care, staff management, and adherence to all safety and health
regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in
shaping a positive and healing environment, optimizing healthcare
practices, and maintaining operational efficiency in line with our
values of compassionate, comprehensive care. Oversee the daily
operations of the nursing department, ensuring staff compliance
with all healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and
implement policies and procedures that improve quality of care and
efficiency within the department. Conduct performance reviews,
provide feedback, and facilitate professional development and
training for nursing staff. Coordinate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage patient
care logistics and nursing resources to meet healthcare demands
effectively. Address and resolve any issues related to patient care
or staff performance. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
healthcare management systems and patient care software Ability to
work effectively under pressure Knowledge of healthcare regulations
and accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid registered nurse (RN)
license CPR certification Preferably certified in Nursing
Administration (CNML or NE-BC)
