Job Description:
At Good Samaritan Health Center, we are seeking a dedicated
Nursing Supervisor committed to guiding our nursing staff and
overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare services. The
ideal candidate will embody our mission to provide exceptional care
to underserved communities, emphasizing a compassionate and
holistic approach to health and wellness. This role requires strong
leadership skills, deep knowledge of healthcare protocols, and the
ability to ensure high standards of patient care and compliance
with healthcare regulations. Manage and oversee nursing staff
operations, ensuring effective patient care and compliance with
healthcare regulations. Develop and implement nursing department
policies and procedures. Conduct regular staff evaluations and
provide coaching and development. Coordinate with other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
Handle budgeting and resource allocation for the nursing
department. Ensure all nursing activities adhere to legal
guidelines and standards. Promote a compassionate and efficient
workplace environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of
healthcare regulations and nursing best practices Capability to
work effectively under pressure Proficiency in healthcare IT
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
