Sanford Health is actively seeking a dedicated Integrated Health Therapist to join our expansive team across multiple states. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental and behavioral healthcare in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting. Our Integrated Health Therapists play a critical role in enhancing patient wellness through a combination of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet individual health needs, contributing to Sanford Health's mission of dedicated patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and families about mental health and behavior management techniques. Strong clinical skills in psychotherapy and counseling Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) preferred
