Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Fargo, ND Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Overview: Specialty: 1.0 FTE Urologist Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Fargo, North Dakota Service Setting: Inpatient Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract Coverage Type: Clinical Clinical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4pm Call Schedule: No call Patient Demographics: Adults Rounding included: Yes % of Practice: 90% Direct Patient Care, 10% Administrative Duties Procedures: General urological care, cystoscopies, vasectomies, scrotal surgeries, ureteroscopies, transurethral surgeries for prostate disease and bladder cancer, and other urology procedures. Lymphatic Major Procedures, Abdominal Major Procedures, I&D Prostatic Abscess, Prostate Procedures, Urethra Procedures, Ureter Major Procedures, Epididymis and Spermatic Cord Procedures, Bladder Procedures, Kidney Major Procedures, Penis Procedures, Scrotum Procedures, Testes Procedures, Endoscopy Procedures, and should be able to use holmium laser, ESWL, and able to perform fluoroscopy. EMR: CPRS Hospital Privileges required: Yes Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S. territory BC/BE by the American Board of Urology (ABU) BLS ACLS DEA Certificate NPI Please note: Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
