Job Description:
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team
in Fargo, ND. Level II trauma center, almost acts like a level I! A
ton of resources within the hospital and referral system, extremely
collegial group on all levels - between EM, hospitalist, and ICU.
You don't have to fight for admits by any means. This is definitely

This individual will partner with our skilled group of Physicians
and NP/PAs to provide exceptional patient-focused care to the
community of Fargo and its surrounding areas. If you are seeking
variety in your practice with the ability to create meaningful
connections amongst patients and colleagues, have broad access to
specialization services, strong Physician and APP support, and work
in a setting where compassion and empathy are absolute, then we
want to talk to you. Practice specifics: - Level II Trauma Center -
Modern ED: 24 private rooms and 3 trauma bays - Annual ED volume:
36,000 patient visits per year - 24-hour coverage; 12-hour shifts -
Double coverage 12/24 hours: 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm; 7pm-7am; 8pm-8am -
Integrated NP/PA Model: 10am-10pm,12pm-12am. NP/PAs work
autonomously within the ED - Admit to Hospital (attached); 130all
private bed hospital - 24/7 availability of all radiology
modalities - 24/7 Interventional Neurology and cath lab
availability - Comprehensive stroke center • ED POCUS integrated
with PACS to save clinical images - Epic EMR - 90% shifts end on
time - 100% of all time off requests granted Location: - Absolutely
terrific city with lots of night life, a great food, arts, and
culture scene, affordable to live in with a ton of different
housing modes to choose from, very safe. - Centrally located on the
border of North Dakota & Minnesota - 5 hours northwest of
Minneapolis/St. Paul - Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000 -
