Job Description:

work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of
Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or
compact license (required after submission). • Local & travel
allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be
processed as local. • COVID vaccination required after submission.
Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement
allowed at Program: AMN Program - Altru Health System.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Float
experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026,
12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off:
