Job Description:
At Good Samaritan Health Center, we are dedicated to providing
premier healthcare services with a focus on holistic health and
wellness outcomes, especially targeting underserved communities. We
are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated
nighttime team. This position will involve providing direct nursing
care in a hospital setting during overnight hours, ensuring optimal
patient care and safety. Administer medications, track dosage and
document patient records to ensure accurate and effective care.
Monitor patient health and progress throughout the night shift,
rapidly responding to medical emergencies or changes in patient
conditions. Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Educate
patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home care
strategies post-discharge. Maintain and elevate a clean, safe, and
organized work environment in compliance with healthcare laws,
policies, and standards. Proficiency in managing healthcare through
electronic medical record systems Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills necessary for patient care Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment Knowledge of
basic healthcare and nursing procedures Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a valid
RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS),
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
