This role offers a unique opportunity to blend academic leadership, grant administration, and hands-on clinical practice while advancing health equity initiatives with meaningful community impact.Position Information* Annual salary of $250,000* Split appointment with approximately 50% clinical practice and 50% academic responsibilities* Clinical role focused on comprehensive geriatric care in a community-based setting* Academic role centered on Geriatrics education, research, and community outreach* Key leadership role in a multi-million-dollar federally funded Geriatrics and Health Equity Training grant* Opportunity to advance innovative Geriatrics curricula, including interprofessional education and community service-learning models* Collaboration with rural and tribal healthcare sites to strengthen care delivery for older adults* Mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for scholarly activity and research
