Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Nursing Manager to lead our nursing staff at one of our state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. As a pivotal part of one of the nation's largest health systems, the Nursing Manager will oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of activities related to nursing services. This role requires a compassionate leader adept at balancing administrative functions with ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Manage and oversee the nursing staff across various departments. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage departmental budgets and control expenses. Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance for improvement. Facilitate continuous education and professional development for nursing staff. Collaborate with other health professionals to improve efficiency and quality of patient care. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health records. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage stress effectively. Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in nursing administration or leadership (e.g., NE-BC) is preferred.
