to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104! Job
Title: Medical Surgical Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour
Day/Night Rotate Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of
nursing experience in a large hospital setting with 250 beds
License: Valid RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Minimum 1 year recent nursing
experience in a busy hospital environment Level 1 trauma experience
preferred Experience with EMR-Epic is required Willing to float to
all medical surgical units as needed Description: Collaborates with
inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan,
implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices
within the full scope of nursing knowledge. Utilizes appropriate
age and population specific standards in the clinical setting. The
unit accommodates adult medical/surgical patients, including
patients with behavioral disturbances. Patient rooms are private
with individual bathrooms for safe mobility. Equipment utilized
includes telemetry, monitors, bladder scanners, and medication
management systems. Nurse to patient ratio is 5:1 on days and 6:1
on nights. Clinicians must badge in and out of the facility. Scrub
color is navy blue. Candidates must have a 6-month gap if they have
previously worked for the facility before submitting for
