Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro Location: Fargo, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,434 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Day/Night Rotate Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting with 250 beds License: Active RN License (North Dakota or Compact) Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting. Level 1 trauma experience preferred. BLS certification must be from AHA. Willingness to float to all units/locations as needed. Experience with EPIC EMR is required. Strong experience in Medical Surgical nursing is required. Neuro experience is preferred but not required. Description: The position involves completing assessments and documentation. Nursing tasks will include medication administration. The unit has a total of 32 beds. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 4-5:1 on day shift and 6:1 on night shift. Travelers are expected to float to any medical/surgical units as needed. There will be high success in finding swaps for requested days off. Nurses will be required to badge in and out of the facility.
