Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Devils Lake, ND Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,808 to $2,002 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title : RN (Registered Nurse), Med/Tele City/State: Devils Lake, North Dakota Shift: 12H Days D/N Rotate - first to float, 2 of every 6 weekends minimum, holidays as needed Contract Length: 3x12 Flex Start Date: 02/11/2026 Job Description: This position is for an RN on the Med/Tele/Peds unit, handling a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics with common conditions such as respiratory and infectious diseases, GI issues, and more. The nurse must have experience in MedSurg, Tele, and Peds. Responsibilities: Administer titratable drips including Insulin, Lasix, and Cardizem Maintain care for a patient-nurse ratio of 1:4-5 during the day and 1:5-6 at night Float to other departments as required while staying within practice scope Requirements: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required At least 1 year of relevant experience in MedSurg, Tele, and Peds Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
