Lake, ND Start Date: 12-15-2025 End Date: 03-16-2026 Contract Type:
Travel Contract Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (D/N rotate):
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; schedule is 3x12s
(day/night rotation), guaranteed 36 hours/week, 2 out of every 6
weekends required Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per

Responsibilities Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care to
improve outcomes Provide full-scope emergency nursing care,
including medication mixing and administration Start IVs, draw
blood when needed, and manage phlebotomy tasks Assist with
respiratory support and intubations, and collaborate with RT when
needed Interpret cardiac monitor strips and respond to arrhythmias
and critical changes Administer and titrate common ED drips
(Insulin, Heparin, Levofed, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Propofol) Work
closely with physicians, NPs/PAs, and the ED team to coordinate
patient care and transfers Document patient care accurately in
Meditech and maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary
teams Float to other units as needed to support patient care and
unit staffing Qualifications Active RN license in good standing
(able to practice in North Dakota) Minimum 2 years of emergency
nursing experience Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
(TNCC listed as required in posting as well) Preferred
certifications: NRP and TNCC (if not already required for
submission) Proven experience with intubation assistance,
ventilator/BiPAP familiarity, and high-acuity care Comfortable
working in a fast-paced ER environment and handling trauma/critical
patients Previous travel nurse experience is a plus but not
required Education Active RN license required BSN preferred but not
required Knowledge & Skills Strong triage skills and emergency
assessment Medication preparation and IV starts Cardiac rhythm
interpretation and telemetry monitoring Familiarity with Meditech
charting system Experience with ventilators, BiPAP, Glidescope, and
heated high-flow devices Comfort titrating common ED drips and
responding to rapid clinical changes Phlebotomy skills and basic
lab draw competency Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical
