Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location:
Fargo, ND Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,686 per week Shift
Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13
Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified NICU RN in Fargo,
North Dakota, 58102! Shift & Schedule 12-hour shifts , rotating
Day/Night Every other weekend required 36 guaranteed hours/week
Responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill
and premature newborns. Perform neonatal assessments and monitor
vital signs. Manage IVs, umbilical lines, CPAP, nasal cannula,
feeds (OG/NG), and medications. Assist with procedures such as
intubation, spinal taps, PICC insertion, and admissions. Operate
NICU equipment including ventilators (jet/oscillator), nitric
oxide, and smart pumps. Document care and interventions in EPIC
(OneChart). Collaborate with NICU team, physicians, and respiratory
therapists. Educate and support families. Float as needed to PICU
and Pediatrics . Maintain safe, developmentally appropriate care

Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience Level
III NICU experience required Must be able to: Perform neonatal
assessments Manage IVs & umbilical lines Care for infants on CPAP,
nasal cannula Administer oral & IV meds Manage OG/NG feedings and
G?tubes Licensure Active ND RN License or Active Compact RN License
(or willingness to obtain) Certifications (Required) AHA BLS
(American Heart Association) NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
Technical Skills & Equipment Experience with: Conventional
ventilators (Draeger) High-frequency ventilators (Jet & Oscillator)
Nitric oxide Cooling caps Smart pumps, MedFusion pumps Spacelab
monitors EPIC (highly preferred) MAK/Accudose for medication
management Floating Requirements Must be willing/able to float to:
