Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Fargo, ND Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,542 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position MUST Have: Active ND RN or Compact state License Minimum of 1 year Med Surg experience, Float Pool is preferred. BLS - must be AHA, EPIC experience required Willing float within MedSurg Cluster and between campuses in Fargo Experience working within a level 2 or higher trauma center Experience working in very fast paced hospital with 250 beds General job duties. Types of procedures required. Head-to-toe assessments, medication administration by a variety of routes, care plan formulation/documentation, wound/line/drain care Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, Philips vitals machines Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 1:4-5 from 7a-11p & 1:5-6 from 11p-7a Requirements Required Certifications - BLS (AHA) , BSN Years of Experience - 1 Years Shift Notes - 12 hr nights. Every other weekend and holiday. Trauma Level - 1 Charting System - EPIC
