Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role offers the opportunity to work as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within an elementary school setting focused on supporting students with moderate to severe behavioral needs. The position is based in North Adams, MA, with an additional full-time opportunity for RBTs at a nearby location serving K-3rd grade students. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies. Maintain detailed data on student behavior and intervention effectiveness. Provide support and guidance to students demonstrating moderate to severe behavioral challenges. Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required for RBT-specific roles. Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with behavioral challenges. Ability to work independently or under supervision, including options for virtual supervision. Strong communication and documentation skills.
