Physical Therapist Location: Webster, SD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,886 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT (Physical Therapist) Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Must be licensed in the state of South Dakota as a Physical Therapist Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Licensed in the state of South Dakota as a Physical Therapist - BLS certification Description: Will provide coverage to outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends or call required. Responsible for utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions while following safeguards. Documents client/patient information for evaluation. Establishes therapeutic plans and modifies them as necessary. Educates clients, patients, and residents, along with their family members, about treatment plans and self-exercises for home continuation. Knowledge of age-related treatments and evaluations necessary for the needs of clients, patients, and residents. Incorporates current research into the daily treatment of clients, patients, and residents. May treat individuals of all ages with various diagnoses and disorders. Demonstrates documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meets regulatory requirements. Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organizations. Comfortable with computerized charting. Understands modality equipment used in the unit. Participates in departmental safety orientation for setting-specific equipment and modalities.
