This day-shift, 3×12 position offers competitive pay, a substantial sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives. Key Responsibilities - Assess residents and develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately - Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate staff - Document care and assessments accurately using the EMR - Safeguard resident property and maintain privacy and confidentiality - Respond promptly to resident call lights and care needs - Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs - Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, slide boards, etc.) - Maintain safe, clean, and orderly resident living environments - Ensure physician orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner - Follow all safety, fire, and disaster procedures ?
