Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Staff Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Day Shift | 3×12 Schedule $32.00 – $42.00 per hour $20,000 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive long-term care environment. This day-shift, 3×12 position offers competitive pay, a substantial sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives. Key Responsibilities - Assess residents and develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately - Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate staff - Document care and assessments accurately using the EMR - Safeguard resident property and maintain privacy and confidentiality - Respond promptly to resident call lights and care needs - Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs - Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, slide boards, etc.) - Maintain safe, clean, and orderly resident living environments - Ensure physician orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner - Follow all safety, fire, and disaster procedures ?
