Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Minto, ND Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $260 to $270 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 5/6/2026 About the Position Coverage Reason: Vacancy Assignment Dates: April 6, 2026 – September 30, 2026 Coverage Dates (Flexible Blocks): 4/6 – 4/17 4/20 – 5/1 5/4 – 5/8 5/11 – 5/15 5/18 – 5/22 5/26 – 5/29 6/1 – 9/30 Schedule & Shifts: 8-hour day shifts: Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 10-hour shifts may be considered (to be discussed during interview) Must be able to work Fridays No call required (advance notice provided if this changes) Practice Setting: 8 Operating Rooms Medically directed by Anesthesiologist Supported by Anesthesia Techs (room prep, equipment, supplies) No Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) Requirements Case Mix: General Surgery Orthopedics OB/GYN (OB cases allowed; NO epidurals for CRNAs) ENT Vascular (mainly arterial lines) Healthy Pediatrics GI (very rare; may be independent if needed) Regional blocks performed occasionally No pain management cases Requirements: Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required Active State License at presentation preferred APRN Compact license accepted Must apply upon offer acceptance and provide proof Recent clinical experience within the last 12 months – Required Certifications: APRN, NDBRNA, ACLS, PALS, BLS Case logs preferred at presentation (not required) Benefits Travel & Lodging: Airfare covered Housing/rental covered
