Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 Department Overview 12-hour day
shifts available. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays
a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care to residents
by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment,
diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position
involves collaboration with residents, their families, and
interdisciplinary team members, including healthcare providers, to
effectively plan, execute, and assess care. The RN is expected to
demonstrate proficiency and operate within the full spectrum of
nursing knowledge, adhering to age and population-specific
standards relevant to their clinical environment. Responsibilities
encompass all aspects of preventive care, health maintenance,
diagnosis, and treatment. The RN will coordinate care, conduct
resident assessments, provide education, and perform various
nursing interventions. In addition, the RN may take on the role of
charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to both licensed and
unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring that these tasks align
with job descriptions, skill sets, resident care requirements, and
the competencies of the delegates. Adequate support and guidance
will be provided to ensure safe and effective resident care, as
well as to address any care or service issues. The RN will operate
within the guidelines and standards set forth in the Nurse Practice
Act and Administrative Rules relevant to their state of practice
and licensure. The foundation of nursing care delivery and
professional conduct is grounded in the Scope and Standards of
Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as established by the
American Nurses Association. Qualifications Graduation from a
nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, including
institutions recognized by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing
Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing
(ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing
Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
is preferred. Possession of an unencumbered RN license from the
State Board of Nursing in the state where nursing practice occurs,
or multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact
(NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain required department-specific
