comprehensive and critical care to patients in the Intensive Care
Unit (ICU), monitoring vital signs and managing life-sustaining
treatments. Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood
products as prescribed by physicians, ensuring precise dosing and
patient safety. Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment,
including ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors.
Assess and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions,
initiating appropriate interventions and escalating care when
necessary. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary ICU team,
including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other nurses, to
develop and implement individualized care plans. Perform routine
and emergency procedures, such as intubations, central line
placements, and cardiac monitoring. Provide emotional support and
education to patients’ families, explaining complex medical
information and updates on the patient’s condition. Maintain
accurate and detailed documentation in electronic health records
(EHR), ensuring all patient interactions, medications, and
procedures are properly recorded. Ensure strict adherence to
infection control protocols and ICU policies to maintain a safe and
sterile patient environment. Participate in code situations and
other medical emergencies, providing critical support to the care
team. Job Requirements: Current RN state license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care
setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Strong knowledge of critical
care procedures, equipment, and pharmacology. Ability to remain
calm and efficient in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in
