About The Position Devils Lake, North Dakota CRNA – Locum Tenens
Opportunity Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an
experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensed
in North Dakota for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a small,
community-based hospital in Devils Lake. This independent practice
role offers consistent scheduling, a supportive surgical team, and
the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a close-knit community
setting. Assignment Highlights - Location: Devils Lake, North
Dakota - Contract Type: Locum Tenens – CRNA - Setting: Community
Hospital (CRNA-Only Practice) - Start Date: ASAP - Duration:
Ongoing, long-term need - Schedule: - 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
rotation - Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM - Call: 7:00 PM – 7:00
AM while on assignment - Team Model: Solo coverage – 1 CRNA per day
Case Mix - General Surgery - Orthopedics - Endoscopy - Obstetrics -
Urology - Ophthalmology - Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks,
and Epidurals Role Overview - Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
and obtain patient consent - Administer and monitor anesthesia
during surgical and diagnostic procedures - Ensure safe emergence
and post-procedure recovery - Collaborate with surgical and nursing
staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Provide 24-hour
anesthesia call coverage during rotation Candidate Requirements -
Licensure: Active North Dakota RN CRNA license (required) -
Certification: BLS & ACLS (required) - Education: Graduate of an
accredited Nurse Anesthesia program - Experience: Comfortable
working independently in a rural hospital environment - Board
Status: Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA Why This
