Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physical Therapist 1 to join their
team in Annandale.
Key Responsibilities
Document evaluation results, daily progress notes, and discharge
notes according to department policy
Communicate with families, physicians, and healthcare team members
to facilitate effective treatment plans
Provide educational materials and methods tailored to the patient's
understanding and involve families/caregivers in education
Required Qualifications
Basic Life Support certification upon start (American Heart
Association)
Virginia Physical Therapist licensure upon start
Experience in outpatient settings preferred (1 year not
required)
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; Master's degree
preferred
