Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with resident and family, and planning, implementing and evaluating care. The role may involve serving as charge nurse and delegating appropriate tasks. The position requires collaboration with other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, and collaborating with residents and families. Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
