Job Description:

Lab Technicians needed for both Day & Night Shift. The North Dakota Mill, a state-owned flour mill located in Grand Forks, ND is seeking Lab Technicians. The Lab technician position will provide support and quality assurance in all areas of the lab.Responsibilities include grain grading, micro biology techniques, preparation of media samples and solutions, physical testing of protein, moisture and ash, data entry and operation of NIR lab equipment.Must have a basic understanding of math, chemistry, and biology. Should be proficient in computer skills, lab procedures, and managing time and lab tests. Should have an understanding of lab and plant safety.An associate's degree in a technical field, and at least one year experience in laboratory work is preferred.
