CPA Accounting Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead foundational accounting efforts as it scales.
Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly close processes and ensure accurate reconciliations and financials
Oversee the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite and maintain billing, collections, and payables operations
Prepare for audits and document clear processes to ensure audit readiness

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of experience, preferably with Big 4 audit and SaaS accounting
Proven ownership of NetSuite implementation
Experience managing close processes, reconciliations, and controls
Experience with high-volume SMB billing environments
CPA eligibility or equivalent foundation in GAAP and audit rigor
