Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Organizing Manager to engage
and mobilize supporters to increase voter turnout through digital
outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital organizing across various voter contact programs
and develop engagement strategies
Lead the implementation of the Shape Up the Vote campaign, managing
budgets and outreach efforts
Develop and manage digital content across platforms, ensuring
consistent messaging and engagement
Required Qualifications
At least two election cycles or 1-2 years of organizing or outreach
experience
Commitment to electing Democrats and increasing voter turnout
Experience with customer relationship databases and digital
engagement tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
independently
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
