Gpac is partnered with a growing agriculture company that is seeking an Agronomy Manager to manage their Agronomy department . This company is financially stable and has a very loyal customer base. In addition to being in growth mode, they already have a great tenured team in place.

The Agronomy Manager position will be for one of their busier agronomy facilities. This person will manage a full service agronomy operation including dry and liquid fertilizer, seed, seed treatment, crop protection products and custom application. In season, the Agronomy Manager would manage around 20 people; off season managing 2-5 Full Time people. Ideal candidates must be strong in agronomy operations, having several years of applicator experience or having seen all sides of operations. Experience with operating budgets, safety policies and regulations will also be a big plus.

Pay range for this position will be $70k-$110k plus bonus depending on experience level.
